Building a replica? Creative building? Building it high or low to the ground?
So many choices!
Young kids between 2-3 like nothing more than building things up only to break them
down again. Kids aged between 3 ̵ 4 like to build their own thing and push their own boundaries,
with the process of discovery playing a major role here. From the ages of 4 ̵ 6 kids like
to play together, but still prefer certain tasks on their own. Between the ages of 6 ̵ 12
children enjoy working together at building things and an important factor in this age
category is confidence. Building together can happen under guidance, with instructions or
as a free creative process.
Our design studio, Studio Papas, has even created tailor made structures to re-create in
building games. During these games kids can compete against each other in groups of
4 ̵ 5 and show off their building and mathematical skills.
